These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the l444c platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Eligibility

Account Registration and Security

Any information provided that is false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate account suspension. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l444c username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must notify l444c immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
- l444c operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
- l444c will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices, including sharing your password or allowing others to use your device while logged in.
l444c uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you accept responsibility for ensuring the security of your own device and network connection when accessing l444c.
Deposits and Withdrawals
l444c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals using payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through l444c.
- The minimum deposit at l444c is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your l444c balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded minus any processing fees. Deposits made from accounts not in your name may result in account suspension.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks. l444c reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal amount above the threshold determined by the platform from time to time.
- l444c will not be liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network outages beyond the platform's control. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
Funds in your l444c account are held separately from the platform's operational funds. l444c does not pay interest on player account balances. Your account balance is not transferable to any other person or account, and it cannot be used as collateral for any external loan, credit facility, or financial arrangement.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
l444c offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
- l444c reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met, any associated bonus balance will be forfeited.
- Players may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times, including through the use of multiple accounts, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
- Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. l444c may refuse to award a bonus or withdraw a bonus already credited if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus is being exploited, that betting patterns appear to be designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or that any form of collusion or fraudulent activity has occurred.
Responsible Gaming and Age Verification
l444c is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to preventing underage gambling. The following measures are enforced across all accounts on the platform. All players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their l444c account.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l444c platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or the use of the l444c platform.

l444c reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During such an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, l444c may permanently close the account, forfeit any remaining balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l444c platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of l444c or its respective third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the l444c platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the l444c platform or its content without the prior written consent of l444c. Where amendments are material, l444c will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on their account. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
